Event on 2014-01-16 15:00:00
Hello Amazing Women,
Are you ready for growth? Do you want to blow the doors off of the last few months of 2012? Yes? Then it’s time to invest in your own learning and growth.
Join us on Sept. 20, 3 – 6 and come see how The Exchange Movement has grown. We meet at Citrin Cooperman at 529 5th Avenue on E 44th Street.
Each month, we listen to a speaker –in the form of TedTalks, (ideas worth spreading). We were thrilled to hear from Tamara Kleinberg, Deborah Hughes, Rhonda Britten, Reshma Saujani and other successful and exciting women.
The Exchange Movement is where business and the coolest women you know collide! Below are some Key take-aways that some of our members had and one by me, “I learned how important it is to make each day “a wow day”, internally and externally. With each speaker and each member, I see the authentic self from all those on the top of their game with grace, charm and a can-do attitude”. I make each day special for as many people as I can, in and out of the office and it feels good.” Gayle Naftaly, NYC Exec, The Exchange Movement, owner access.office, offering multicultural marketing & PR, Food Redefined at www.accessoffice.shelfreliance.com, soon to launch GayleNaftaly.com
At July's workshop I met a woman whose comment impacted me greatly. Running a non-profit was her passion in order to build schools in her country of origin in Somalia. This is in addition to her day job and she told us that she is living the American Dream. Then, as I presented my challenge (in 3 minutes or less Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view. she drove in home run for me. She told me that in America everyone is looking ahead to the next event without enjoying the present. This is not the culture in other cultures. I was pleased for the humble reminder. Living in the moment, aha, a powerful message that may be the missing link between achieving success and enjoying the achievement – both matters to me. Nancy Molloy, Managing Director, Complistaff, Contract & Direct Hire Staffing Solutions at www.complistaff.com and founding member, The Exchange Movement. Come join us September 20, 2012 at 3 pm – All motivated, achievement-oriented woman are welcome.
“I now write down and file ideas that flow through me in a special box to help me implement events at a moment’s notice”. “Since I have to educate and build trusting relationships, I call on this file to help organize my game plan with confidence and ease. Topics and resources with connections have been noted and action can take place”. Veronique Verscheure, Account Executive Financial Services and Founding Member, The Exchange Movement.
“Connecting with other empowered women, I find brilliant ideas pouring out each month. “I know that each client, each job and each activity I embark on, I make it my own and keep my personality deep inside each project”. “The TedTalks videos are inspiring and I learn so much from each one. I implement ideas so quickly as they make so much sense.” Renee Russo, Keller Williams, Broker, www.reneedorsa.com , President Brooklyn Real Estate Board 2011-2012, Notary and Licensed in NY & Florida and Member, The Exchange Movement,
